XPTV continuous chocolate tempering units are the ideal preliminary step for molding and enrobing processes. The objective of this unit is to provide chocolate with the correct cocoa butter structure and crystallization, both for subsequent processing and to maintain that structure once the product has solidified and been packaged.

The design of the rotating plates ensures that all chocolate particles cover the same path, so the entire mass is treated uniformly, avoiding the risk of over-tempering or insufficient tempering. Treatment precision is guaranteed by temperature controls divided into four independent areas, the last of which extends all the way to the point of use.
