Batch chocolate tempering, suitable for plain chocolate or chocolate with nuts. These units are the ideal preliminary step for molding and coating processes. The objective of this unit is to provide chocolate with the correct cocoa butter structure and crystallization for both subsequent processing and maintaining that structure once the product has solidified and been packaged.
