Main functions
The CXPL center forming line makes the centers that are normally subsequently coated with sugar and food coloring.
Technology and operation
It consists of two internally cooled rollers that cause the centers to form when the liquid chocolate comes into contact with these cylinders. A chocolate film is also formed between the centers, all of which is deposited onto a belt for cooling and subsequent separation using a rotary sieve.
